Chocolate base notes, churned butter, vanilla and blackcurrant. Crisp apple acidity and citric finish. The farm has a great reputation, previously winning Best of Panama. The volcanic soils, rich in minerals and organic material, provide perfect conditions to grow outstanding coffee. It’s under these growing conditions and in conjunction with the diversity of cultivar that gives the unique taste profile to the Emporium microlot; matched with the lush citrus and tropical fruit trees, an intense mix of scent and colour is created. The coffee is grown under full shade trees of Inga, Mandarin and Lemon that provide a rich environment for birds and mammals. Natural run-off water percolating from the volcanic rock collects into the Emporio creek, which gives its name to the farm.Price: £0.00 from Union Hand Roasted Coffee
